Point-wise there were four videos that got tied for two rankings. For those I decided to rank the video with more votes, as the number above.
aka PV 1 and PV 2 both got 50 points, but PV 1 got 9 votes and PV 2 got 5. In that case I decided to put PV 1 one rank above PV 2. (:

I'm not a Mano fan, but she has had some of the best PVs in H!P these past few years. 2012 has had good PVs too. Generally the PVs make up for her lackluster songs tbh. I'm glad she won. She deserves it. She's graduating too so it seems fitting!

Song for the DATE is clearly superior you heathens. I don't even like Mano that much but that video was perfection.

Ah well Mano had the best videos overall this year (Though I enjoyed others more, hers were very creative) so it's cool
