I wish Erina and Haruna wouldn't have changed colors - at least not yet - dark purple and "chocolate" would have looks really nice with these gaudy dresses.

The issues with Kanon is she WAS STICK THIN, now she is FAT. She is not chubby, she is not "healthy" - Kanon has gained A LOT of weight, and is now FAT - especially when you take into account Japan where everyone is a walking diet commercial. My japanese friend Sayuri said it best when I pointed out Kanon during the 1 2 3 live ... " eh...su..goi..."
Haruka being "a boy" is insulting, she's a very pretty girl - Kanon I also think is very pretty, but yeah - by Japanese standards - she is fat. And agreed on the girls needing a nutritionist, they clearly do not seeing as how the girls have ALWAYS fluctuated like crazy.

^Agreed honey yellow and gaki's green looks better imo
I love how they're both promoting the album and the audition at the same time like this. UFA finally doing it right, srsly who do i have to thank for this? Need to send that guy a fruit basket or something

Probably not the best way to express it, but I just mean that she's doing a good at rivaling Riho's obvious role among the noobs as she originally stated.

all the shorter girls are on the left following Mizuki. Mizuki would looks less tall if it were mixed up a bit more lol.
i like the look but Hello! Project has always done this.. they go with uniformity when variety would make the look stand out. for example juukies could have had miniskirts, kyuukies could have had skirts just above the knees, and SayuReina could have kept the long in the back look. also varying the tops a little bit, so some of them have short sleeves, some of them have no sleeves, etc.
i wouldn't call Zukki fat but she's noticeably bigger (even without comparing to the other girls, just to herself in a 6 month-1 year period). i don't go by Japan's assessment of what is considered fat because they are extreme.. if you can grab skin you're fat. their scale/judgment is warped, even taking into consideration that on average they are skinny/small. tbh i'm not worried about her physical health and but about her mental health, not only will she face self-criticism but also criticism from fans, comedians (because in Japan it's perfectly acceptable to point out & joke about someone's weight), and public in general because she stands out for that. so for her sake i hope she is able to slim down.
i also think Haruna is too skinny. she's naturally skinny, yes, but remember also when she joined she would talk about how she focuses on slimness, so i think it's also that that's the way she wants to look. i wouldn't mind except that it doesn't look good to me, what with her knees standing out like crazy and her arms being distracting. i wish her and Mizuki would trade 5-10 pounds, then both of them would look perfect. <3
not that i think Mizuki is fat (AT ALL) but homg she would be a straight up knockout when she gets a bikini body (just a bit slimmer at the waist and more toned overall). that might come naturally over the next couple years anyway, but damn. when it comes it will hit us like a ton of bricks.

^^^ I see. I don't know that I would agree with that, though. Ayumi's awesome, but Riho seems to be the only ace of the new people. She doesn't have a serious rival in the group at the moment.
