I just watched and Paradise Kiss live action movie and wondered throughout the movie if Risako had lost weight and was playing the lead role. Then I looked up the movie and found out that the lead actress was Kitagawa Keiko who played Sailor Mars in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. Keiko looks absolutely nothing like Risako, but with bad bangs and a perma-pout it got confusing.
