Well, it hasn't been confirmed by H!P or anything. But in the newspaper they said they had spoken to someone from the office who said that they would look for more member after Yuuka's graduation.

I don't see it being confirmed for a while if they are going to be doing that. I guess they might want at least one new member who can replace the gaping hole in sales that Yuuka will be leaving. Being so popular as she is that'll have to be a blow to goods sales.
As for conspiracy theories well i'll see if anyone can come up with a believable one. I don't quite buy all the ragequit over new members stuff. I can't see them as being like 6 year olds at school who always work with their friend group being told to work with others and being like "Don't want to work with them they are stupid!" idols tend to have to grow up quicker so i imagine them being more mature than that. At least i hope so anyways.
But if anyone finds any interesting theories that should be fun to read.

She's growing up. People change their mind and their priorities. I don't see anything wrong with it.
And with the original line up being broken with Saki leaving, I could see how one would want to think twice about it and all. Maybe if the original 4 had stayed that way, she wouldn't have left. As they surely have some kind of bond, but as Saki did leave, their group was broken and on top of that having new members join, I can understand why Yuuka would choose school if she has been serious about it.
If anything it makes me happy that both she and Saki are serious about school. Even if, with this, I've lost my favorite members in this group, at least they're doing it for their a good reason.

I feel a bit sad but I'm happy for her, idol life can't be endless, she must think about future 
S/milies lost my interest even more now. I love Kanon, but she can't save whole group for me. I'll check their new songs maybe...

Wow Yuuka... 
I'm actually happy she didn't wait any longer or else she might have regrets later on! I think it's already taken her a lot of courage to decide to say Bye Bye to H!P and S/mileage that have been a big part of her life, but her decision is her own and I think that if she truly seeks better education, than her goal is more important than anything!
