I thought it was just me since I’m on a phone and connections came sometimes be spotty. But it is happening a lot the last week. Every time I come on I click on a link and then it says it can’t connect to the server. A refresh will bring it right back like nothing happened. The worst is when I go to post and it glitches like that. Then I have to go back and make the post again.

We do have glitchy periods on our shared server from time to time. I haven't experienced any extended irregularities lately, could be I've just been lucky. But just in case anyone new to the site is unaware, if you attempt to post using any extended unicode characters (phone emoji other than the site-included emoticons) it will crash your submission and you'll have to resubmit. Also occasionally one of our domain names will be more difficult to access than the other. So if jplop.com doesn't work for you, try morningmusu.me, or vice-versa.

^ Funny, I was just trying to figure a way to use those but didn't want the points to poke holes on the roof. I've been told that a hawk whistle scares crows away but I have read reviews that they don't do squat.

Another one of my bright ideas.
Since crows do not like getting wet, put a motion sensor sprinkler system on the roof! Then I was talking to a lady from Minnesota that said her friend did that to keep deer from entering her back yard and the deer loved it! Came in for baths.

There is this stuff they sell that is a sticky substance that birds do not like getting on their feet. Probably like when humans step in dog poop. The crows remember the bad experience and avoid that place. You do not want to use too much or the bird gets stuck and dies. Not a pretty sight, I have seen a picture. It is also against the law to kill birds in CA. This could be just too messy for my situation.

I guess I will just try the motion owl on the roof the next time I go up there.

Lol I think I'm done traveling for a while, but since the end of May I was in Nashville, Salt Lake City, then went to Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima for a day), Thailand, Germany (Frankfurt for just a day since the flight was cheap, then Munich, Salzburg for a day), France (Strasbourg, Paris), NYC, DC, Philly. Work starts again on Wednesday.

I bought some H!P CDs when I was in Japan even though I haven't listened to them in forever, plus also a few other things I know aren't on Spotify. I don't even have anything that plays CDs anymore so I'm going to have to figure something out.

As far as I am aware, blu-ray players can still play CDs. At least mine can. I bought a used copy of Momoe Yamaguchi’s complete collection and was sad when I realized I had no way of playing the music. Until I stumbled on that little miracle.

My computer can do it too but it’s loud and I don’t like to keep it on at night.
