MUSIC ON! TV will air original content on the 10th night of every month at 10:00 p.m. for four consecutive months to celebrate the girls' 10th anniversary.

- They immediately cut to Budokan where Hello Dream cameras follow Morning Musume new members Inoue Haruka and Yumigeta Ako. They receive instructions from staff on how to use the ear monitors and microphones.
- Haruka and Ako take a seat to check out the Budokan stage. They are in awe of how big Budokan actually is. They watch their seniors rehearse on stage. Then they rehearse the unveiling on stage. Seniors like Fukumura Mizuki and Eripon help them out.
- 15 minutes before the start of the concert, Morning Musume. '23 members talk to cameras backstage about the unveiling of the new members and the concert not being a graduation. Haruka and Ako join the circle huddle for the first time with the members.
- A clip of Morning Musume. '23's Budokan performance is shown. Meanwhile, Haruka and Ako are getting prepared backstage. They get excited from the cheers. Then they are unveiled on stage.
- Haruka and Ako express how they felt on stage. Then they come back out for the ending and wave and bow.
