Morning Musume. '19 performed on the GRASS STAGE at ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2019 in Ibaraki prefecture, but it is now held in Chiba prefecture, so the GRASS STAGE is slightly smaller.

After the members left the stage, the titles of all ANGERME's 13 single songs were shown one after another on the screen like an end roll, and the words "ALL SINGLES PERFECTION" were displayed. This was the perfect form of "The Current ANGERME," which had performed all 35 songs of their singles, some of the singles they performed on the spring tour. Take-chan's hint at the beginning of the concert seemed to mean this.

The last song was "Ai Subeki Beki Human Life." Soap bubbles were shot all over the venue, enveloping the members and the audience as they ran around the stage in all directions. At the end of the show, the names of all 13 singles released after the group's name change were shown on the screen. The setlist for the Spring tour and today's Budokan concert combined to cover all 35 CD singles, a "perfection" ending to the tour.

Tsubaki Factory holds a strategy meeting for their 5th Anniversary live "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022" at Kawaguchiko Stella Theater. They want to make lots of memories for Summer 2022.

- They first start collecting their ideas of what they want to try out in their "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022". Each member gets an input.
- Riko announces that they will two have performances, 1:30pm, and 5:30pm. So they will have some creative ideas to make them both unique.
- Niinuma Kisora remembers when Morning Musume. '14 performed at this venue, the view of Mt. Fuji was beautiful and spectacular.
- Since the weather might be really hot at 1:30pm, they suggested some spraying everyone with water guns.
- Other suggestions : Signed balls thrown, Soap Bubbles, and water balloons.
- They also suggest ideas on how to decorate the whole lobby / entrance to the venue to make it feel like a Summer festival.
- They also thought about member color outfits and maybe yukata.
- They also want to have fireworks.
- Then they collect ideas for the "subtitle" for "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022 ~ ~". They have 8 ideas. @ 11:07, Ono Mizuho suggested "Hey, Let's Kiss". The staff and managers will help decide.

Next, they will try to come up with ideas for the type of goods they want.

Then they discuss what Summer related songs from Hello! Project they want to cover, possibly in shuffle units. They were given a list of Summer songs. But they also suggested some non-Summer related high energy songs they want to pump everyone up to.

They will also decide what Tsubaki Factory songs they want to sing. They have a lack of Summer songs in their discography, so it's not easy to decide.

@ 17 minutes in, Yamagishi Riko made an important announcement : Tsubaki Factory will be performing an unreleased brand new song live at the "Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022". It is a type of song they have never performed before. They are keeping it a secret. The title of the song will revealed on youtube etc. at some point.

A few decisions have been made and are announced.

First the subtitle :
"Tsubaki Factory no Natsu Matsuri 2022 ~Shakunetsu~ (灼熱 ; scorching heat), Ono Mizuho's idea.

Ono Mizuho's other suggestion "Nee Chuu Shiyou!" (Hey, Let's Kiss!) was almost chosen LOL.

Next they conduct a lottery for the shuffle corner combinations. There will be 5 shuffle teams (Solo, a 2-member team, another 2-member team, a 3-member team, and a 4-member team). They randomly select from a box.

They announced at the end that they will have an official bus tour trip from Tokyo to Kawaguchiko. FC members get exclusive benefits and bus tour goods. Applications start tomorrow.
