Seems Goro will be the last person to hold an event there.

Makes sense now that their office building has been sold.
I wonder what they'll pick as their new 'home base' going forward.
Apart from the café & administration I assume most other locations (photo studio, dance studio,...) are already off-site.
They do seem enamoured with Cotton Club.

^ They used the wrong number in the title but the right one in the thumbnail, it's ep #141 (this after they messed up and had to fix a concert date in a bunch of tweets, someone is not having a good day. ) And Saya talks about "Toei Oedo-sen no Roppongi...", it's just GW on that cover ver.
