The new season of the popular mystery "Kasouken no Onna" (every Thursday at 8:00 pm), starring Yasuko Sawaguchi, will begin on the 22nd. It has already been announced that Kayoko Okubo will be the main guest in the first episode, but Satoyoshi Utano, a member of BEYOOOOONDS, an idol group belonging to Hello! Project, also makes a guest appearance in the drama. She talked about her "love for crime labs" as well as the joy of appearing in the drama.
Satoyoshi plays Kawai Noriko, a high school girl who slipped and died ten years ago while practicing for climbing in the mountaineering club. Her death had already been treated as an accident, but former part-time instructor Hoshina Ruri, played by Okubo, suddenly turns herself in, claiming she was the one who killed her. Why did Ruri surrender now, and did she really kill Noriko...? Mariko and her friends begin to use science to corroborate her statement, but what emerges is the twisted feelings and the unexpected truth about Ruri, "a plain woman with a glamorous name like an actress". This is the story.
Satoyoshi, now 20 years old, is a hardcore fan who has been hooked on "Kasouken no Onna" since she was in elementary school. She shared her love for the drama through videos, events and social networking sites, and when the new season was set to air, she wrote on her blog, "My happy Thursday is coming back...". These comments caught the attention of the production team, and she was given the opportunity to appear in the first season of "season 20", a milestone that she had longed for.
It was her first appearance in a drama and she played the role of a high school girl who slipped and fell to her death in the mountains, which was a sad and difficult role.
Although she did not have any scenes with her, she confessed that she met Sawaguchi, whom she admired, in between filming, and said, "I was very moved, but I couldn't bring out my emotions, so I was frozen. It was the first time I understood that people freeze up when their joy exceeds a certain degree", and confessed that he was so moved that he became stiff.
Satoyoshi also commented on the appeal of "Kasouken no Onna", "I love the process of finding evidence one by one in the forensic investigation.I'm impressed by the fact that solid scientific evidence can be found. I get a thrill when the results of a fingerprint or voice test match perfectly," she says with a twinkle in her eye.
If you could only have one experience of the appraisal, what would it be? When asked, "Hmm...I like the gait authentication (a system that authenticates individuals based on their walking appearance) and the identification of the weapon from the damage done to the body...", he was troubled and said, "Well...I'd like to see myself walking with the gait authentication system! It would be interesting to find out what my quirks are when I walk from a scientific perspective," he commented from a maniacal perspective.
She added, "I like the way she swings around when it comes to scientific evaluation. I love the mischievousness and cuteness of the character Mariko and the fact that she wears a costume for the investigation. If I were to become a member of Forensic Science Laboratory, I would like to learn a lot about Ami's "Ami special" (an analysis program she created herself)! He talked about his deep love for "Woman in Crime Lab".
