This segment does a good job of showing the effects of the more intense training that new members must go through in order to prepare for their debuts. Ichioka and Takase in their black shirts have been almost-but-not-quite-debuted for a while now, and they're clearly on another level — in both skill and seriousness — compared to the rest who have received only the basic Kenshuusei training so far.

I'm fascinated by stuff like this.

Same. I hope they still provide regular rehearsal/training footage when they switch to the new uploading system. I want to be able to compare the semi-debuted (Ichioka, etc) girls, the newly debuting Kenshuusei, and any complete newbies that may come from the audition.
