This collab is awesome for many reasons, but from a purely technical standpoint – it sounds like they didn’t change the key of the song when MoMusu came in, and the girls had to use their lower registers/chest voice to sing versus the typical head voice/falsetto that most female idols adopt for songs in a higher key. They definitely weren’t as powerful using their lower registers (they were barely audible at points) as a result, and lbr only some of these girls WOULD be altos (Duu definitely was) if trained properly so it’s definitely a switch to make, but yeah, give me more of this lower key MoMusu over the squeaky kind every once in a while and I’m a happy camper.

They had fun rehearsing the ii ne and invader dance together with DA PUMP.

The Space Invaders dance looks Renai Hunter's dance. The Are you Happy The Peace medley mashup is cool.

Ayumi says she was surprised when she saw the introduction VTR and saw the Hello Pro chants. Daichi-san did an A gonna pose, the other members did the Are You Happy pose, and KIMI-san did a TIKI BUN pose in the performance. Ayumi wants to wear the T-shirt for rehearsals for the Fall tour.

Their Summer like outfits are new.

Nonaka says she enjoyed performing U.S.A., she wants to collab again.
