^ I've got my ticket for the San Francisco show. They've moved to the Rickshaw Stop this year. It's a smaller venue, capacity 350 vs. 500 at the Independent, where Japan Nite SF had been since 2006.

I'm looking forward to seeing Kao=S again.

They are quite good -- and quite dramatic!

I have the vague (and probably vain) hope that Audrey (or somebody) will bring over one of my current semi-underground favorites, like Osaka Shunkashuto or UnderBeasty. I think that Billie Idle was on the same bill as TsuShiMaMiRe at some club a while ago, so at least the idol/anti-idol underground and the Japan Nite regulars are crossing each other's paths.
