This has been happening far too often with auditions lately. Ugh.

There are too many agencies competing for too few potentials. And one big agency in particular which is like a vacuum indiscriminately sucking up everything that even faintly resembles talent. So good girls are harder to come by. And personally I'd rather they hold off than take on dead weight.
