Echidna: I don't know many Russian/Ukrainian artists, but Fabrika is easily my favorite of those that I do know. Irina especially. When I see her I always get the feeling that she's enjoying herself to 100%.

Speaking of Russian artists, I came across this totally randomly. Don't know exactly what was going on here but it looks like they began to suspect she was lip syncing or sweetening her voice somehow. So, around 2:45 they made her start over, except this time acapella.

So... Does anyone have any pop music recommendations outside of JPop, KPop or CPop? I'm looking to get into more international pop music, but I have no idea where to even begin . I have some Thai pop and Indonesian pop too, but not much.

I prefer female vocalists, and groups too -- but I like soloists as well.

Sofia Rotaru
- Ukrainian singer that started in the 1960s. Has released 40+ albums, so there's bound to be something somewhere you like.

Fabrika
- Russian girl group. When I first found them for a short while I thought of them as a Russian V-u-den. I posted a video of them a few days ago, it's quoted at the top of this page (the black haired member in all the videos, Sati, left in 2010 and for a short while they had a girl in the third position, but she also left in 2014).

Belinda Peregrín
- Mexican singer/songwriter/actress. I don't know as much about her.
A few songs I like: Dopamina, Lolita

- Formed in 2010 with members that are Filipino, Indian, Japanese, South Korean, and Chinese (Hong Kong). One member has since left (Ji Hae Lee). They sing in English. Natsuko is amazing.
