wtf I bought the single from iTunes and Itooshikutte Gome ne wouldn't play. Then I realized I couldn't even preview it from the iTunes store. I paid for it though.

The instrumental track is fine.

So I was thinking about it on the train, but I'm really happy that these five girls did not get into Morning Musume. Tsunku made the right decision. I think that in Morning Musume any one of them would have been overshadowed by the rest of the group. In Country Girls they shine and they don't just shine but they really really shine! I try to imagine Uta or Risa or Mai in Morning Musume and I just can't. They wouldn't get the same level of attention they do now.

Also I can see why the 12ki were chosen now. They are all talented and have a lot of potential, but they need to grow and develop. I can't imagine Country Girls with the four 12ki. I love them but I don't think they would be ready to debut on their own.
