I tore a ligament about a zillion years ago, just stepping off a bus one day. It wasn't a bad tear, as these things go, but it hurt (the initial injury felt just like somebody had snuck up behind me and whacked the back of my leg just above the ankle with a baseball bat), and it caused a huge, ghastly-looking bruise all up my leg. I walked with a cane for about the first two weeks, and was limping for quite a while after that. I was lucky that my job didn't require me to do much standing or walking. So I'd say it's serious for anyone who gets it, but it's much more serious if you need to put any kind of stress on your legs.

I am actually glad they are being careful to not let something like Aika happen again. And Karin is always awsome.

Hmm, so she's not going to be in them at all? Karin at least got to be in the close-up shots of the video, with re-shoots of the dance done later.
