...The Middle Management?

(also I hate to be THAT guy but... Really, I don't understand why for their 10th year C-ute gets so much special stuff for their 10th anniversary single but Berryz got "Futsuu" xD)

My only response to your question is that no one took the opportunity of the "lack of Tsunku" era last year. That's why ℃-ute and the other H!P acts (except Momusu) are getting more variety, having "better" songs than last year. Berryz might have had a bomb final single if they planned to graduate much later in the year.

UF staff are trying to bring Takui to the mix by using his songs for these groups, bringing writers like Kodama Ameko and SHOCK EYE, and having 'contests' in which someone wins an opportunity to so something relating to an H!P single. It might be sad that there is much less Tsunku involvement in 2015, but I'm loving all the variety this year has to give.

Oh, I'm not talking about the "quality" of the songs, I'm talking about the fact that they have a "special" single, whereas berryz just had a "yay 10th year. here, let's put some lyrics that mean 10th year, fun!"

Futsuu is not bad. But Ai wa Itsumo is amazing. Futsuu is more about the lyrics. GamushaLIFE may be C-ute's Futsuu. Anyway, I remember H!p used 10th annivesary to promote berryz for a long time(around a year or even more). I think they played the 10th year card fairly well in berryz's case. Also don't forget, at that time the company probably already know/agree that berryz will soon end activity.

Well then, I think higher-ups just didn't took the opportunity. :(

Unless you count the 2 tours in 2014, their budokan in 2013 and the 2013 hinafest, literally 2 years of celebrating their 10th anniversary, as part of their deal.

Looking back, Morning Musume's "15th anniversary" was their 50th single and their 2012 fall tour - no venues as big as Nippon Budokan. So, in my eyes, Berryz 10th anniversary had a better deal than Morning Musume's 15th.

°C-ute is getting their spring 2015 tour, this triple A-side single, and their Yokohama Arena show in June. They might have the better deal of the three.

Well the difference between Berryz's and MM's is that Berryz has a static lineup and MM, although still MM in the 15th anniversary, was a different lineup. :P
And yeah, C-ute does.

That topic is quite arguable. :whistling:

I think it's mainly because H!P weren't ready to take risks in 2012. It was until 2013 when they started to go all out.
