If you go a few pages back Tsunku literally encouraged the costumes to be the way they are to emphasise their cleavage.

The outfits are a bit distracting. They would have looked nice with something more similar to Nachatte Renai (a shirt underneath with sleeves) lol

I like Rina xD. But I don't really see her personality as much as the others, so... But she is pretty damn great!
