Rikako's family.
Her father is Toshishige (利重) which we've seen in the Weekly PB article.
Her mother's name is Estella. I've seen fans mention she is Filipino (or half Filipino).
You can see her in this video at around 4:12 when they visit their house.

I'd say it's likely her mom is half-Filipino... as I definitely can't see the Filipino in Rikako at all o_o Would be cool if it turned out that Rikako is half though! And Filipino of all things... considering Japan's hostile attitude towards Filipinos, this could be good as they've already glorified her looks on TV before she's even "properly" famous.

Her mother looks very Filipino when we see her face around 4:30, and I can see some Filipino in Rikako when they're at the table.

Also, I approve of the messy/cluttered apartment.

It seems like Rikako loves Morning Musume. Was she well known around the time of the 11th gen auditions? I wouldn't be surprised if she told Tsunku personally that she's wants to be in Morning Musume and Tsunku jumped right on it.

She has an older brother too.
She lives in Kesennuma-shi (気仙沼市) in Miyagi.

^In the video we can see the group was formed in November of 2011 so she would have been in the group while taking the auditions.
