I put a link on the 'this' but yeah on a newspaper ad for it it has the little boy saying "My hands can't cover it all". WTH doesn't even cover it.

kinda have high hopes for her since her appearance in Kamen Rider Double but ... oh well

Seriously. The only way I could see this happening is if the boy was maybe the photographer's child who was already on set... so after they all dropped acid and decided that this would be a great idea, the they already had a kid on-hand.

I mean the results looks controversial nonetheless but maybe no little boy was directly involved.
