Just so we are clear, Fujoshi doesn't necessarily mean Yaoi fangirl. It just means fangirl. It just so happens that a lot of fangirls are into Boys's Love so it gets paired up, but she should just be into hot guys themselves and still be a fujoshi.

I said "basically". Idk, on Pixiv, they use the tag "腐向け" (from 腐女子向け) is generally used to refer to shounen ai/yaoi.

Also, isn't "fujoshi" a derogatory term anyway? From what I know it means "rotten" (or something along those lines, I can't remember exactly). I guess it doesn't exactly mean "yaoi fangirl", but it has that sort of association with it. Like, it's sort of implied.

I'm just going off of Pixiv, btw. If I'm wrong, whoops. But like I said, I could totes see Maasa being a yaoi fangirl.

It was initially a negative term, much like otaku, in a way, was, but it was "retaken" by some fangirls who wear it with pride (while others probably still resent the term).
