Just finished watching the live part of the Sayumi, Reina, Aika bustour. Quite a few thoughts from there so figured I'd write them down. The mic-problems were annoying but that's not their fault. ~.~

Spoiler: show

1. Shabondama - This was slightly awkward with just 3 people and 1 of them being on a chair. It worked well enough though, I'd love to see it at an actual concert. Can't wait to hear Sayumi's speech in an actual concert. They sounded good. Sayumi has gotten so much better lately idgi.
2. Shanimuni Paradise - This was super-cute, and this is where it showed that Sayumi was super excited. xD
3. Suki ni nacchaikenai hito / Reina & Aika - Wow. Aika, please sound like this all the time. This was amazing, I'm serious. The song itself is really good and all, and Reina is a given, but Aika really shone in this one.
4. Rival / Sayumi & Aika - Cute, but nothing special. ^^;
5. Ookii hitomi / Sayumi & Reina - ERI'S HARMONIES AND EVERYTHING AND THIS IS SO 切ない in a way but still so damn great and goddamn. Favorite generation ever and... really. I know many people argue the whole "their generation song" and compare it to "Suki na senpai" but it... isn't the same really. It's a difference of getting a song when you're a beginner of something, and then having gone through so many struggles and things over 8 years and then get a song. Yeah. I might be biased too, lol. Anyway. This is as close to perfect as it gets without Eri.
6. LOVE namidairo / Aika - Aika, why would you do this. Ayaya songs are difficult and while I don't mind her voice and she did a damn great job considering she's sitting down all the freaking time... but it wasn't good. It was okay. But it's too high for her and... yeah, not that great.
7. Koi wo shichaimashita! / Sayumi - Super cute, but... nothing special. ^^;; But really, she's gotten so much better at singing lately what the f. hell.
8. Masayume / Reina - This. Was. Amazing. Had me in tears and I'm wondering if maybe she was at the verge of it, too? Possibly my favorite Reina performance ever.
9. Darling I LOVE YOU - The song that Reina didn't know. And the song no one really cares about. It was a bit more interesting now with solo parts but... eeh.
10. Genki pikappika! - Okay, good, cute, lol?
11. Maji desuka ska! - FUN! And exhausting, apparently. But lots of fun.
12. Mirai no taiyou - Such a boring song but... yeah, it was cute at least.

Overall: Happenings in the middle of songs are hilarious, I forgot what happened in which song but it was fun to see them fix their outfits and hair and forgetting to sing and all, I love things like that.
Aika should sing lower cause she rocks it. Aika also has my respect for sitting down and singing so much so well, it's difficult really.
Sayumi has improved tons and tons and tons and I'm so proud of her.
Reina is amazingly cute and her singing is great but I think her emotions and all has improved tons, as well. Reina lately though is so honest though, I love that. It's easy to tell that she loves what she's doing and I love seeing that she loves it, it makes me love her more. How many "love" was that? lolz.

Gonna watch the rest of the dvd when it's not 5am.
