Apparently the Mizuki x Haruka thing that was mentioned during the bus tour was fake, something started by anti-fans/trolls.
Slack at JPH!P found this on 2ch and posted it for everyone.

During the 9th gen bus tour there was a VTR with the girls having a talk in their pajamas.
Supposedly during this video, Fukuchan was telling a story about how Kuduu told her off for not teaching the other members more, causing Fukuchan to cry.
This story was something of a big deal on some of the other fan forums, such as H!O.
But today, I was looking at Fukuchan's 2ch thread and there was an odd post in English.
Here it is exactly as it appeared in that thread:
