Christmas isn't as big a holiday in Japan as it is in other, more Christian countries. There are decorations, cakes, and maybe a special date if you're in a relationship, but no one gets the day off or anything like that. It's equivalent to Valentine's Day.

New Year's Day and the two days that follow it are much more important.

Yeah, having concerts on X'mas/X'mas Eve is actually kind-of awesome for the Japanese fans, too, because it's like the girls are spending their "boyfriend date" day with them. Which is sort of creepy, but also somewhat sweet. ^^

Upfront Kansai member Miyazaki Rio is hosting an event in Osaka called "Hello!Project TRIBUTE LIVE Vol.1" on 12/6. Everyone sing and dance to H!P songs.

Sharan Q guitarist Hatake mentions the Reborn musical in several recent tweets:

Semes like he did most of the music for it?
And the song "Audition of life", for which Yuki is the main singer, is REALLY great, the chorus is amazing etc etc.
The recording of the theme song was difficult. The veterans sure showed how to get things done, but the newbies were too focused on not messing up so their singing turned out to be emotionless. Despite the fact that it's not a matter of being "good" or "bad" but rather if you can convey feelings or not. But everything is an experience.

Pretty much lol.
