This is a big change in H!P
And once autumn/winter get here it will be even bigger.
It might be as big of a change this year as the year the elder club left.

- 3 girls added to Morning Musume as 9th gen.
- 1 egg added to Morning Musume as 9th gen.
- Korean Audition winner added to H!P eggs in Japan
- added *insert right number here* new eggs to H!P
- S/mileage adds new member(s) for the first time.
- Ai Takahashi graduates from H!P
- 10th gen member(s) get added to Morning Musume

To further your point, let me mention this (I'm pretty sure this is accurate):

In less than a year (starting Nov. 2010), 16 girls have left the H!P Eggs. Two debuted as soloists (Kikkawa Yuu, Kitahara Sayaka), seven left to form K-pop dance group Up Up Girls (Sengoku Minami, Mori Saki, Furukawa Konatsu, Sekine Azusa, Arai Manami, Satou Ayano, Saho Akari), one was added to Morning Musume (Fukumura Mizuki)and six disappeared w/o any specific notice (Kizawa Runa, Tanaka Anri, Sainen Mia, Okai Asuna, and Hirano Tomomi, Maeda Irori).
In 2011 there have been 7 new Eggs added (Jan Dayeon, Yoshihashi Kurumi, Hamaura Ayumi, Taguchi Natsumi, Ootsuka Aina, Mogi Minami, Ogawa Rena). Added to the other remaining 8 continuing Eggs (Nagasawa Wakana, Takagi Sayuki, Kaneko Rie, Takeuchi Akari, Katsuta Rina, Miyamoto Karin, Kudou Haruka, Tanabe Nanami), there are 15 girls in total.

...this could change in a matter of hours.

well thats over now. it was quite a thrill.

there was a rumor of "secret" to be revealed at the afternoon H!P concert. some said it was a Karin singing a solo. that is not the case.

just now, the secret is revealed to be a 2 song performance from High King : Kioku no Meiro, Cinderella Complex in the solo section of the setlist

I got exited when I read Ampeds post that a the end said "another song" and I thought maybe a new single but No cuz she won't be in the group

edit : i guess they only performed 2 songs.
