Based on this pic I think Kaede in that pic does look like Meimei

In that picture I definitely see the Meimi-ness. But normally I wouldn't says he looks anything like her.
About Reina - she looks nothing like Meimi to me, even if they both have yaeba of some kind. As for her personality, we don't really know any of it so can't say anything about if she's annoying or not. Meimi sings better.

Google I'm sure has great explanation for what MVP is, in various languages if English is difficult.

Her sister is Ichioka Anna (一岡杏奈).

She was in CoCo Smile 6 (as Coco) with Sayuki.
The following year Meimei was cast as Coco.
