OG is short for "Old Girl" in this case (no, not Original Gangster). Aika isn't an OG because she's still in H!P.

Generally, OG refers to members who have graduated from H!P. It doesn't matter if they're still under UF* or not.

It's a term Japanese use for people who have graduated something. OG for females and OB for males.

MM OG would be all the girls who have graduated Morning Musume.
H!P OG the girls who have graduated Hello! Project.
Yuuka, Saki and Fuyuka (maybe?) are S/mileage OG.
I'm a Anders Ljungstedts Gymnasium OG. 8D (High school ahaha)
