I gotta say, as much as I like Rio, she's kinda bossy…
I get that she's talking about her generation mates because they're too reluctant or embarrassed to talk freely about themselves. She knows that idols need to be open and outgoing, and that can be difficult for girls who are normally conditioned to be modest and quiet, so she's pushing them a little. And even if she wasn't doing it naturally, it would still be her responsibility as the oldest of her generation and a future leader of the entire group. Nevertheless, there's something irritating about how she's doing it.
On the bright side, these are from a year ago, so things are probably different now. (Hard to say "better" or "worse" because 2020.)
