While I know at the end of the year I’ll probably owe taxes with all this new income, at least my debts will now be paid off faster.

Watch out for those taxes! In my early days of supplementing my regular income with freelancing, I had a particularly fruitful year, which was very welcome, because I was drowning in debt at the time. But when tax time rolled around, it was BRUTAL.

Extra freelance money is one thing; since the government isn't taxing it ahead of time, you definitely of have to plan to put a large chunk of it aside. But if she's gotten this extra money via a raise from her employer, and she has her W-4 filled out accurately, I don't think there shouldn't be much of a change in how much she owes/is owed at the end of tax season.

It's a gamble. Sometimes you owe, sometimes you get paid. That's the Massachusetts way. But I think I should be alright. I hope so anyway. xD

Lost health insurance coverage through my grad program, now that the summer is over. Ah, adulthood. I signed up for new insurance, since I need to pick up my prescription soon, and since I should have it anyway.

A sheep gave birth to four lambs. This happened not too far from where I live and I'm sure I've seen that damn ewe. Maybe not the lambs yet. I'm going to go with my mum to try and find them.

At first my sleepy brain thought you said the goat equivalent of lamb which is a kid, but my brain though lamb was goat and I was all sorts of confused at how a sheep got knocked up by a goat. But then I took a moment and realized, I need coffee.

He mostly is, but he only has 20 sheep. The article said he can't shear them anymore and his wife probably helps him out with some things but most people here would probably keep farming until they die, lol.
