in Morning Musume. '18's JKM, they used a recording of Nonaka's voice with her picture on the monitor. They are unable to sing her lines like they are doing with Maa-chan's part.

8 Kenshuusei participated today including Kenshuusei leader Inoue Hikaru, making her first appearance in the H!P tour. She had influenza. no word if other Kenshuusei had it too.

Seems like every year around this time, about 20 girls at various time go down with influenza and miss time.

All the more amazing that some girls like Suzuki & Yajima never missed a day of work for 12+ years of their H!P careers. Can't think of any other girls with a career even half that span never missing a day.
