Nah, Mizuki lacks that kind of power that Reina gave off just from that small video (Although in the orginal, Mizuki does do her "Aisaretai" better than Riho and Masaki).

^^^ Idk, I think Mizuki does it best. xD She has the perfect timing for the part where she raises her voice, and Reina's voice doesn't fit the song like Mizuki's does
