Rina, just because I find her a bit forgettable.

I say if you're stuck between Rina and Kiki, give Kiki a chance, she's still new, and for Rina to be compared to her means she failed to impress you despite being an idol for a much longer time. That being said, I do like Rina, so I wouldn't want to vote her out haha But regardless, both will probably get kicked out sooner or later, unless someone out there is plotting to keep the only Tsubaki representative alive.
