Haruna Iikubo has a new, bi-weekly livestream show on the Mildom streaming platform (essentially a Japan-centric alternative to Twitch)…
https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000035.000055920.htmlHer first show was on October 12, and her guest was her friend Shoko Nakagawa. Here's a clip…
NOTE: Ignore the TikTok caption in the corner. That just who recorded the stream. Her next show is tomorrow, October 26, and her guest will be Haruka Kudo…

Maki Goto will have a special online event on December 20 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of… I'm not entirely sure what. She debuted with MM in 1999, and then she debuted as a soloist in 2001. Maybe it's the anniversary of the announcement that she was becoming a soloist. I can't confirm a date for that.
Anyhow…
TL;DW – It's actually two events back-to-back, first a "live event" and then a "game event", and there are separate tickets and goods for each event…

That could very well be. The final show of
Morning Musume。 Autumn Tour 2000, the group's last concert before the release of the "Ai no Bakayarou" single, was on December 17, 2000. Unfortunately, that show/tour was never released on video, so we can't check that to see whether such an announcement was made at the concert. Even if it wasn't announced at the concert, there could have been some sort of press release around the same time.
Apart from ongoing regular stints on TV series, the timeline in the
Morning Musume。 20th Anniversary Official Book lists nothing else between December 13 (release of "Ren'ai Revolution 21") and December 30, 2000 (appearance on SAMBA TV).

Tsuji assembles her costume for Halloween…
For reference, in case your knowledge of / interest in H!P doesn't go back that far…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDIvwqzTE18I wonder if she's doing this as part of a three-person unit, and if so, with whom.

^ That reminds me of one morning, about twelve years ago, when I was listening to KALX, U.C. Berkeley's radio station. The DJ was playing a set of punk, post-punk, goth, and alternative stuff (Sex Pistols, The Creatures, The Cure, Pixies, etc.), which could hardly have been better if it had been programmed specifically for me. Then, all of a sudden: "Chu! Chu! Chu-chu-chu! Summer Party!" WHAT THE HELL?!?! I couldn't believe it!
The DJ turned out to be a huge H!P fan, and I often heard H!P songs when I caught her show in the following months. She regularly played H!P instrumentals in the background during her mic breaks, too.
