Technically yes, but her husband’s family is rich and therefore probably well connected within the CCP. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a quietly sanctioned benefit for “trusted” (i.e., high-ranking) party members and their families. But even then, someone will be watching what she does online.
