Fantasy DVD magazine for Berryz Kobo (featuring Kana Nakanichi and Takeuchi Akari) - "Berryz Kobo Reborn"
Kana-san and Take-san play middle-aged music show hosts. Take-san used to be the boy band UtaxUta and Kana used to be a child actress.
Kana welcomes everyone to the show and has usual small talk with the somewhat immature for his age Take-san. Take-san wears a hat and Kana-san wears business attire. Kana-san has to tsukomi Take-san frequently.
They then discuss the big news that Berryz Kobo has graduated six of their members and added six new members. They bring out the surviving member, Captain, who tries to steal some of Sayumi's gimmick by saying how cute she is and how happy she is that Tsunku brought in so many young and cute girls.
Take-san mentions that he will be conflicted because one of his nieces is in a rival group.
They bring out the first new member: Moe-chan (Momoko). Moe-chan (who dresses very plain and has straight hair) is in sixth grade and has no clue how she won the audition because no one has ever thought that she was cute before. She likes peaches and her favorite anime is PreCur. She acts very shy and naive.
Take-san drools over Moe-chan and Kana has to remind Take-san how many years in jail he could get for such behavior.
The next member, also in sixth grade is Natsumi (Miyabi). Natsumi (who wears the worst, loudest, and least fashionable clothes imaginable) is very peppy and all over the place. Take-san drools over her as well. Natsumi says that her and Moe-chan are the new top two, something Moe-chan disagrees with vehemently.
Next, in eight grade, is Sakoko (Risako). Sakoko is a junior high school bad girl who dresses provocatively and is constantly trying to make eye contact and flirt with the audience. She flirts so hard with Take-san that it freaks him out, much to Kana's amusement.
Next, in ninth grade, is Chili (Chinami). Chili wears boy's clothes and talks to Take-san about baseball. Take-san has to scold her about not acting like a girl.
Next, in eleventh grade, is Maali (Maasa). Maali comes out with a leather jacket and acts like a juvenile delinquent. She said that she auditioned on a dare believing that they would never want her, but, since she has won, she considers it her duty to cause as much trouble as an idol as possible. Take-san is very afraid of her.
Finally, in twelfth grade, is Yuli (Yurina). Yuli steals some of Mizuki gimmick and gushes on an on about how great the other members are and how much she would like it if they all came to play with her at her mansion.
They then do the totalizer gimmick where they anonymously vote on various questions like:
How many have had boyfriends
How many would date Take-san if they weren't idols
How many think that they are the cutest members of BK
They finish the show with Berryz performing a current single but with each member staying in character.

So I've... decided that I really want groups based on the first letter of names. So I'm doing a whole concert..... thingy. Starting with surnames.
Basically, if a group was "A-gumi", they'd perform H!P songs starting with the letter "A", etc.
Day One: F-gumi (F組) - Noon
Performers: Fukumura Mizuki, Fukuda Kanon
Kenshuusei guests: Fujii Rio
OG guests: Fujimoto Miki
Day One: F-gumi (F組) - Night
Performers: Fukumura Mizuki, Fukuda Kanon

I just rewatched one the Sailor Moon musicals (The Coming of Princess Kakyu) so I feel obligated to do the cliche of casting the current members of MM/H!P into a Sailor Moon musical.

You should watch Eien Densetsu instead - much better Starlights. The starlights in the 2003-4 version is awful. D:

Now for the plot summary:
Sailor Moon - Midnight Idol Challenge
Before Queen Beryl was killed she prepared a magic spell to resurrect her should she be defeated. However, the spell was very strict and required Beryl and her Generals to complete a task to fully resurrect.
The spell tells Beryl that she and her Generals must defeat the Sailor Senshi in an idol contest. If they succeed they will win the heart of Endymion and get to rule the earth. However, in this incarnation, Beryl is not being controlled by Queen Metalera. She wants to rule the earth because she feels that if she had Endymion at her side she would do a good job. The Generals follow her because they also believe in her leadership ability.
The Generals set up a Idol contest where they are looking to create a group of five girls. The contest is called the Midnight Idol Challenge contest. The inner senshi, not thinking that this is suspicious, sign up. The outer senshi, thinking that it is suspicious also sign up. The Generals and Berryl also sign up because the spell is very strict and insists that they must beat the senshi fairly.
Each group must create their own audition video and send it in. Each group is shown preparing for and performing a song. After several weeks of judging, the Generals decide that they, the inner senshi and the outer senshi had the best performances. The Generals are proud of this since the were performing in drag.
The Generals invite the senshi to the finals and once there the Generals (pretending to be judges) attempt to seduce the inner senshi into fighting the outer senshi. Their plan almost works until Mercury notices that the Generals are also in a competing group.
They then have a legitimate dancing and singing contest. The inner senshi win. Beryl admits that they did not succeed in their contract with the magic spell. The magic spell tells Beryl that it can still resurrect her, but her and the Generals would only be ordinary people and would not rule the earth. Beryl agrees to this because the friendship she has found working with the Generals as equals is worth more than ruling the world. And, besides, they still have the option of working harder and surpassing the Sailor Senshi. The Senshi accept them as rivals.

oh to have them cast the girls for that musical would be awesome, but I know they arent up for it skillwise.
