It's a Morning Musume concert, so it's more important they only announce her as leader in the group she is in first. She might not even want to be Hello Pro leader. To be announced as Hello Pro leader when no other H!P groups are present, is kind of disrespectful.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the next H!P leader normally announced far in advance?
I'm thinking Maimi, Ayacho, Fukumura. We knew well in advance before the previous leader graduated.

I think it was told well in advance because the title was shifting from a long time Morning Musume held title to a new group and fans needed to understand the seniority shift that was taking place. That’s my understanding anyway.

The fact they mad Oda a sub leader makes me wonder if Ishida might be next to graduate soon and not Ikuta?

For some reason, I see Ikuta graduating first and then Ishida after (and even after Ishida I acutally see Oda going, but not before a few time)

I see Ikuta following in on Niigaki's footsteps and ending her career as Morning Musume the same way Niigaki did - if a Spring grad is announced it will make around the same time they both stayed as leaders of Morning Musume

Morning Musume. '23 DVD Magazine Vol. 146 CM preview



This is the last DVD magazine Fukumura Mizuki will participate in, and "Is it true that Fukumura will graduate!? (Maji desu ka ska!?). If that's the case, let's make her bloom one last time!! Meeting" is the title.
Disc 1 is a game show in which Fukumura plays a full part in order to show off her charms.
In the regular punishment game, you will enjoy a funny taste and some surprises.
Disc 2 is "Fukumura Mizuki's Graduation Memorial DVD" including an interview with Fukumura and memorable stories from the members.
