I don't think Loving You Too Much was a double a-side. Just glorified b-side. And there's no need to put ALL singles on a best album.
But when have they NOT put an a-side (those released from the last album) on their next album? Even Kare to issho... got to be on an album despite not being an a-side.

Pretty sure all of them will end up on this.

Having the name on the cover kinda fooled everyone. It was a B-side that was treated like an A-side.

It was meant to be an a-side but changed last minute.

They didn't put all their singles on their last best album. That disappointed me but it still turned out well.

The older singles were re-recorded, so it would have taken more work to put more in. I imagine they would have wanted to re-record anything before the 5-member lineup (although it's not like Erika and Kanna really had lines lol). The recent singles were slightly random though. There were singles that were already on the 6th and 7th album, but it wasn't all the singles on those albums.

Besides, releasing a best of album doesn't automatically mean that all singles will be on it. It means that the best/most popular songs will be on it, for the most part. Those collections including all songs are mostly called something with the word "complete" in it.
