To expand on my early point about will the PB sell as opposed to is the idol "teh smex", the girl who put out the most PB's was Kamei Eri. Was she the best looking girl in the history of MM/H!P? Sorry, Eri-wota's but she was barely third in her MM generation (behind Fujimoto and Michishige) and wasn't as good of a model as the fourth (Reina). But, for whatever reason, her photobooks sold so they made as many of them as they could.

I think that nearly every member of MM should get the chance to do at least two photobooks, because you never know how they are going to sell. Some member who no one pays attention to might find their niche as a PB girl.

Now, as for the question about whether or not some member should gain or lose weight before getting or doing a PB, I think it is really common for girls who do get a PB to diet/firm up/get a tan on their own because the want to look good. I don't think they need to be told to do so.

"Whatever reason" wouldn't seem so mysterious if your personal opinions weren't in conflict with the obvious fact that a plurality of fans thought Eri was the hottest of the rokkies. :roll:

Haruna has actually gained weight since the last Alo-Hello. Maybe it's because I pay attention to her all the time, but if you look at her now, her legs are about as "big" as Sayumi's and her upper arms are more shapely. She's still small, but she's a naturally trim girl. I think it's absolutely time for her to get a photobook as well, though I can see why people would say Zukki needs one to capitalize on her sudden exposure (May even be a good idea).

Give em both one, pull an Ayumi/Mizuki.

I didn't mean to imply that it was "mysterious" that Kamei Eri's PB's sold. I'm sure a lot of people at the time she was selling PB's thought she was hot. But, probably some other people thought she was more "approachable" than the goddess-like Fujimoto, the dominatrix like Michishige, and the yankii like Tanaka. The point is that being the best looking does not automatically mean that your PB's are going to sell and just being average to good looking is not a reason why your PB would not sell. There is a craft to making a PB. Risa was a master of this and was able to sell many bikini PB's while being built like a boy.

Dude I wasn't any kind of big Risa fan but "she's built like a boy" is probably not reflective of the feelings of the people who spent money on her pbs. So, postulating that she sold a lot of books despite looking like a boy is a strange argument to me. I think that generally speaking, when people buy photobooks, they find the person in the photobook to be attractive, both physical and otherwise, but at least physical. If your point boils down to "well,there's an otherwise too" then I agree, logically. Otherwise, there would be no difference in the purchases of H!P fans, AKB fans and general gravure fans. But I think you can make that argument without claiming that Risa and Eri are basically mediocre. Not on this forum they aren't. :neckroll:

She's definitely not as curvy as a lot of the PB queens, but she's no boy. ^^;;

I'd give a photobook to those members who actually work hard to look fit.
But that's just silly old me.

For most people when it comes to losing weight and gaining it it's a little more complicated than just "working hard". It can take an age to work out what works for you especially when it comes to losing/gaining around 4-10 pounds. It's more about understanding your body than just heading to the gym and only eating a cube of cheese each meal or something. Plus both girls are hard core dancers.
So that is a bit silly of you.

I think now is an awesome time for both Haruna and Zukki to get a photobook with MM new exposure, especially with what happened to Zukki's New MM video. However only if Zukki feels comfortable exploiting that image.

But as long as both girls get at leats one book before 2016 then I'd be happy. :) I bet Eripon with be next to get one since she's been getting so much solo work.
