I didn't mean it literally like "grandmother" of course ,though it could mean "aunty" too, just the general usage of that word as used by younger people :lol: .
If i remembered correctly when you're referring to a female broadly it's Ojouchan (little lady) for 5-10years old, Oneesan(sister) for 20-30 and Obaasan after that.
