My 12 Smart Came in the Mail just now ;o (So Fast tooo only a week after i ordered it!). The packaging is beautiful, and i got two photocards with it ^^. I don't wanna sound racist but i think it's the chinese verion? (Or YesAsia only distributes Chinese Products?) Cus it said Hong-Kong on the package, and i kinda wanted an original Japanese, since my other albums were Korean 
But none the less I'm still happy ^^

If I'm not wrong the base of the YesAsia site itself is in Hong Kong? So they would be shipping from there. But they should sell all versions, it's usually listed with (Korean Ver) / (Taiwan Ver), etc. beside the title of the product on the website. That's how it was when I was trying to get ICM's album anyway.

Right. YesAsia is based in Hong Kong and their packages ship from there, but they carry Japanese and Korean versions of things, as well as Chinese, Taiwanese, and HK versions.
If the product description on the website said "Japan Version" for the version of 12, Smart that you ordered, then you got the Japanese version. If the catalog number is EPCE-5811 for the normal edition or EPCE-5809~10 for the limited edition, then you got the Japanese version.
Searching the YesAsia site for 12, Smart only shows the Japanese versions, so I'm pretty confident that's what you got.
(I'm still waiting for my copy. It'll probably show up tomorrow.)

i bought mine in a store a couple days after it was released. :3
i really want regular edition (first press) too, but albums are too expensive. >< i'll have to try to find it later..

i actually haven't done much shopping yet. O_O
trying not to run through all the money, since we'll be here until December. x3 i got a 50,000yen allowance though, so i'll be going shopping soon enough. you're lucky as a guy though, don't have to split the money on clothes, accessories AND music/merchandise. TT^TT too bad i love japanese fashion..

^ Yeah, my clothes and accessory shopping in Japan is essentially limited to t-shirts and concert merch. But I could easily have spent over ¥10,000 more in that department, if the Morning Musume tour shirts and tour final shirts hadn't sold out, and if the Dream Morning Musume tour t-shirt hadn't been so damn ugly.

yeah, i'm pretty much done buying t-shirts. for the price you have to pay, the material that they're made of isn't that comfortable, it lays kinda stiffly, fades easily (though that could just be my lack of washing skills), and, less relatable to guys, it's just not that flattering. if they make more in the material they used for the Rival Survival tour shirts, i'd buy because they're really comfy to sleep/lounge in, but otherwise it just seems to be a waste of space and money considering how many other things i want/buy. i have like 6 t-shirts just lying around, they haven't even been opened.
i'll make exceptions for graduation T-shirts of my top favorite members, but i'm thinking Captain and Airi won't be getting those anytime soon, so i only have to worry about buying Sayu's when that time comes. :3 and maybe Gaki's, but god her green is too bright for words. i'll have to really be in Gaki-love mode to buy that.
but if you ever have any wristbands you don't want (especially the ones with embroidery), please let me know as i might be interested in buying them! x3 i'm really into those right now lol. i missed out on the Ai Believe ones, apparently they sold out.
