Welp, you mentioned Last Kiss and now I'm about to embark on an endless looping binge~ <3
Come to think, TokiSora reminds me a lot of old H!P.

Yes, to all of them.
Every solo single/album that was released by Koharu (except for one digital song) was released under "Tsukishima Kirari starring Kusumi Koharu (Morning Musume)" for "Kirarin Revolution". Two of the special groups she was in (MilkyWay and Kira☆Pika) released music for the same anime.
"Idolulu"/"Idoruru" released by Lilpri, for the show "Hime-chen! Otogichikku Idol Lilpri" where the three S/mileage girls played the main characters. (They released one other single.)
Risako's song was released as "Himuro Ibu (Sugaya Risako)". It was a character song for the role she played on the show "Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou".

Then there was Buono!, Guardians 4, and Shugo Chara Egg! for the Shugo Chara! series
and that oddball Reina song for Kaitou Reinya
and Berryz released a couple of singles for Inazuma Eleven and that Precure anime
Wed Mar 19, 2014 12:15 pm
^Both Precure tieups (Gag 100kai and... Asian Celebration?) were for movies, IIRC.
℃-ute's Ooki na Ai de Motenashite was a Kirarin ending theme. S/mileage's Otona ni Narutte Muzukashii!!! was one of the Himechen ending themes.
Oh, and Halation Summer was an
opening for Kyorochan.
And somewhat related, but Tokitou aMi sang the first opening for School Rumble.

It's not anime, but Buono with Juicy Hearts for that P League bowling show's ending. I think another H!P related artist/group did later episodes.
And of coarse Cider (Buono) & PPU (MM) for the Math Academy drama.
This thread has gotten a bit hijacked me thinks.

From Wotaintranslation:
Morning Musume’s “Toki wo Koe Sora wo Koe” is a flawless masterpieceSo the songs seems to be having some great reception among the Japanese wota!

The timing really makes you wonder, but I wish some people would stop treating this song like its Tsunku's swan song/farewell song/last will for MM. Making opvs like this is not helping dammit lol.
Pray for his health instead you bastards

Toki wo Koe is the kind of song that would have made me a fan had I not been one. I came into the Fandom with AS FOR ONE DAY and Tanpopo's "First Kiss" so I'm hella biased when I say it's magical.
