~ Saori wore a pretty blue outfit that looked like a wedding dress. Her nickname "Ika-chan" was not an insult, her skin was as clear white as ever. This was Maopin's first time as MC, and she said that she was nervous.
~ The other day, when Riko got Saori a birthday present, Tanimoto said, "I'll pay for two years" and calculated the amount. Saori said it was a "typical Tsubaki thing."
~ Saori released her first photobook "Saori" today. With this in mind, Saori says goal for her 20th year is to become "mature and kawaii." She said, "I'm mostly kawaii now, but I want to learn to be mature. My target is Dambara-san, although we are the same age. I envy her because she can also cook.
- Congratulations! You're Twenty years old! : 8 photos were shown from the off-shot of the photobook and the pre-shot her coming-of-age ceremony. The off-shots were mostly taken from the left side with Saori's favorite "natural light". After each picture, Saori asked Maopin what she thought of each picture. Maopin was puzzled, saying, "I don't know what the right thing to say is...". When she was photographed from the right, she was a little depressed, and when she was photographed from the left, she opened her eyes wide and smiled.
- "Oshiete! (Teach me) Saorin-sensei~" corner : The next corner was a collaboration with the audience, which is customary at Saori's birthday events. - A letter from Saori's mother (read by Akiyama Mao), a tradition for 20 year olds.
"When she was little, Saori was a very picky eater. She wanted to be an idol and eventually joined Tsubaki. When she was in high school, she would come to me for advice whenever something was troubling her, but lately that has become less and less. I guess she's grown up," she said. When she read the first part of the letter, she felt like her tear glands were about to burst.
