I do believe they are more than just friends. The way they are leaning into each other, shows more than just friendship.
But to be perfectly honest. I do not care. Finding love in this world can be hard enough. So my opinion is to be happy.

My problem with the photos is not that it happened but that they were leaked. One of her so called friends is not a friend at all.
and if it was him that leaked them, what a pos. Who would have access to the purikura shot other than Rio and him.

The obvious answer of the toxic hierarchy thing of MM. I hope she graduates soon

A guy could date an idol for a while and when he finally asks her to quit her job and marry him she says "oh, I will. Just wait 3 more years, please." He gets upset and leaks photos, maybe through a friend.

The darker version is he (supposedly?) gets drunk at a party and loses track of his phone. The next week the idol gets anonymous demands for payment or there will be a leak.

Darker version 2: somebody compromised Rio's phone. Somebody who likes to come up from behind for unexpected hugs would have a good view

The more convincing 2nd wave release points to seriously malicious intent


The blog response from Oda seems appropriate, no? She messed up; she gets publicly scolded by the sub-leader, but hopefully they are all good again.

Oda lost a respective and talented friend in Takagi Sayuki to these kinds of photos, so she has a right to be vocal.
