A few of my thoughts as a baseball fan
- Why couldn't they get Ayaka a proper glove. She is a lefty
- Maria must think of herself as Shohei Ohtani (a starting pitcher batting in the clean-up spot)
- Maria made a strange choice with her 1st batting 9th. No firstbaseman should ever bat that low.

- A collection of short stories themed around jewelry. Ayaka likes Mintao's use of words/language.

- A mother-daughter mystery dealing with love and death.

3. Hana no Kusari (花の鎖) by Mintao Kanae
- A mystery told from the viewpoint of three women. Ayaka thinks it's supposed to be something you can enjoy even if you aren't good with the iyamisu (イヤミス; eww mystery) genre.
