Just some tips I’ve learned that help increase Youtube views:

- You can create a private playlist with the videos you want, then you just play this on repeat. Apparently this is a better way of gaining views over just refreshing the page.
- If you use Chrome you can right-click on the tab and click “Mute Site” which lets you continue streaming while using other sites like Netflix. All Youtube tabs will be muted when this is enabled.

Today on an NHK Education show called "Runrun", they analyzed idol culture and business.

The show classified Morning Musume as a "high class or luxury brand" (Kyokyuu). Their brand equity strategy is the graduating and joining the group strategy. They continued this strategy for 20 years and maintained their top 10 65 singles status on Oricon. If you hear their group name, you instantly knew their brand.

They also mentioned if they had a business model for idols, to them it would be :

Morning Musume = Toyota and Nissan. Morning Musume uses a car manufacturer "full line strategy" to describe their group lineup management.

AKB48 = Japanet Takata ジャパネットたかた (late night infomercial shopping channel company)
AKB48 uses a PCDA cycle strategy for marketing. Advertising company Dentsu business model is (PCDA) Plan-Do-Check-Act.

I’ve noticed that a lot of stuff is being uploaded to bilibili rather than YouTube these days. None of the videos will load on my iPhone though. Any work around or are these videos all off limits?

^ I think you have to download their app for it to work on mobile. A lot of stuff still ends up on Dailymotion too, if that's easier.

Going with the (untrue) trope that voice actors need to look and act like their characters, which past anime would suit Oden?

One anime that comes to mind is Hime-chan no Ribbon. The lead character, Himeko is a boastful softball playing tomboy who looks exactly like the princess of the magic world Erika (give or take the hair style).

I miss concert footage and big event digests!! Please bring this back.
Juice=Juice budokan happened last week but it doesn't even feel like it happened since we didn't get any footage.

Anything would be nice! Even rehearsal footage building up to concerts would be fun.
I miss the previous web shows format now.
