Sad that I won't be there, but it's awesome for them that they're getting to go to such a prestigious convention again!
This makes it all but certain that neither of them will be attending Japan Expo USA this year, but...

I'm a disappointed that °C-ute is going to the same venue for the second year in a row and not somewhere else. I know France has a lot of fans according to the official survey and the city is easy to access for other Europeans, but come on. Wasn't it enough to get Berryz? Other countries want their piece of H!P too.

The thing is, fans from all over (or most of) Europe can travel to this more cheaply than many fans around the US can travel to, say, LA. It costs at least $400-500 to fly from the Midwest to the West coast.

What went down with America not treating Berryz and MM right? :s
^^ You forget that C-ute are also going to Taiwan yeah? Its not like this is going to be the only thing they do this year.

Nothing went down with Berryz, but a lot went down with Morning Musume and the crap new CEO (Now-ex, he didn't last long)of AX and maybe UF is still sore about it.

It's certainly about the organisation as well, UF now have established links with people in France who've now proven they can organise reasonably large Idol events. C-ute last year went down well for everyone concerned I can see them sending someone year on year now, but hopefully that increases the chances that they'll go to the US further and wider.

At least.
It's easy to forget just how large and sparsely populated North America is, relative to Europe and Southeast Asia.
