Morning Musume。'14, Berryz Kobo, ℃-ute, S/mileage, Juice=Juice, Hello!Project, TNX, and more

This song from a production standpoint and from a "trendy" standpoint is much much much stronger than Be Genki. Whether or not you think so personally is opinion, but this song is factually an easier sell.
I like it, LOVE it really. It's like the sister song to Dakishimete Dakishimete, which is one of my favorite Berryz songs.
THOUGH THOUGH it really feels like it's a Morning Musume song (The new MM anyway) so that threw me off. Guess they want Berryz to catch up in sales to C-ute and MM.
Here's a Youtube for those who don't wanna DL

Catch up in sales? Then following the steps of cha cha SING, their only single to reach 30k+ since Otakebi Boy WAO! almost 3 years ago would have been smarter. I doubt this decision had anything to do with sales, Tsunku is just weird

I got really excited when I heard the intro. Kind of afraid to state my opinion.

Hopefully the PV will make me appreciate the song more.
It probably sounds better using a set of speakers/headphones, and not from built in laptop speakers..

I think it's just okay which is interesting because this is usually my kind of thing.

^ "Just okay" is exactly how I'd describe it too, actually.

Iactually really like it! I knew I was probably gonna like it from the intro. Can't wait to see the outfits and PV previews.

i like it and see a lot of potential for the PV!

however i'm starting to miss just plain vocals.. it's possible to do a dance-y song without the warping. it won't keep me from really loving the song more if it turns out to be the whole package with outfits (my expectations are low for this), PV and choreography though! i think this is reminding me of songs in high school that played on the radio that i liked despite not wanting to like them.

Yeah, I'm officially sick of voice altering in H!P songs. At least it's not as dominant as in Shy Boy AKA the worst Berryz song ever.

listened to it again, it's seeming like a grower. a big grower. the vocals originally got all my attention but it's the instrumental that has the huge potential.. on second listen i'm already like:
trajectory could look like
this or even
this.
so yeah, it's a shame the vocals can't be more of a standout point, but i'm thinking this is still gonna be one of my favorites.. i hope the instrumental break builds on the dance-y aspect!
