"Moroduka" is perfectly correct in Nihon-shiki romanization. It also demonstrates one way in which Nihon-shiki is superior to Hepburn romanization, since it shows clearly that the name is もろづか rather than もろずか.

And "Gotoo" instead of "Gotuu".

I'm assuming that you meant to write "Gotou" instead of "Gotuu".
