There's a rumor at 2ch that the meaning of the subtitle of DMM's Budoukan stage (Heroes, it's time to gather) is there because Tsunku's aiming to get as many of them back up there as possible - even if just for one night?

One can always hope. If he manages to get all of them I'll cry my eyes out, I swear.

There's no way they could all be there, but Takahashi, maybe Fujimoto (how far along is she?), possibly Konno (she came to Taka's grad, right?)?

I can't fathom Kago being there, though. I'll do something ludicrous if he somehow pulled that off.

Fujimoto might appear, she could give birth any week now, after all and then I guess it'd all depend on how that'd go and how she'd feel. Takahashi too. 2ch are guessing on Goto and Kamei as well and possibly Fukuda. The big no-nos are Kago, Ichii, Junjun and Linlin. Though I haven't seen any real reasons for JL, probably "because they're in China" which I doubt would be a big problem tbh.
Saw one comment though lol: "If there's no Minimoni reunion it's not worth it."
