That's false information 910percent has apologised and retracted it...plus there's not a single mention of it in any member blogs including Mizuki herself.

False. There was no announcement about a leader transition at the H!P concert. If it was true, I would have said it 4 hours ago.

I'm not sure how this could have happened in the first place. Tsugunaga Momoko is still around and so is Wada Ayaka.

Indeed. Momoko is probably leaving soon as well, but Ayaka isn't and she definitely has seniority over Mizuki.

It's not just seniority, Momusu is the flagship group.

…and MM has been the flagship group while Maimi has been the leader of H!P. That precedent has been set already (or that rule has been broken, depending on your point of view).
